(UK) 22 year old Soban Bin Ikram of Bradford Yorkshire received a 5 year prison sentence for trying to rape a 19 year old student. Of course because he is a good Muslim (aren't they all) it couldn't have been him and the fact that his DNA was found on her tights , he is going to appeal his prison sentence. Which begs me to ask the question, just what the hell was this pious Muslim doing in a night club, you know where there are women, where there is Alcohol and where there is Music, all forbidden to the holier than thou crowd.
But that's just it isn't it, how many times have you heard Muslims coming out with excuses in which to gain the upper hand in dealings; Be it dogs,alcohol, gambling women or even sex. People are so quick to give them a cop out when they object to something, yet time and time again, they break their own bloody rules in which to sate their lust on the unsuspecting.

We see ourselves as the agents of change – or responsible for many of the disasters that litter our lives. Those who “succeed” imagine that they are the masters of their fate, or, perhaps the ones who responsibly “chose” God.
For the weak, the addict, the genetically impaired, the myth of choice and the power of freedom are often experienced as a merciless taunt. We not only fail – it is judged that we fail because we have not willed to succeed. Our weakness becomes a curse, while the blessed enjoy their prosperity and their health. Choice is a myth believed best by the young. Old age almost invariably makes a mockery of its boasts. The “pro-choice” movement and the growing acquiesence to legalized euthanasia are but natural extensions of our “free will.” These last manifestations of our “freedom” are the freedom to kill and to commit suicide, which, of course are only illusions of freedom.
There is an important and occasionally subtle difference between these modern concepts of freedom and choice – man as the agent of change – and the traditional Orthodox understanding of the world and the place that free will plays within it. On the most fundamental level, the world of cause and effect (the realm of our willful choices) is an insufficient arena for the Truth as revealed in Christ. God cannot be described merely as an agent in a world of cause and effect. He cannot be described as First Cause – because He cannot be described by a term of which there is a Second. God is not the First of anything – God is the Only of which there is no other.

Ammunition wasn’t needed elsewhere either, except in Rumania, where one of the nastiest Red thugs, actually a couple, were gleefully, horribly tortured, mutilated and murdered by crowds, rather like Mussolini had been during the Second World War. There were remarkable intellectual circles, such as those around Havel in Czechoslovakia, intellectuals devoted to the idea of free thinking, freedom of action, liberty of the individual, and capitalism, albeit a somewhat more restrained variety than you might find in a movie about America’s Wild West. It was shocking to Western intellectuals, many of them sympathizers with the Soviet Union, Communism, and socialism. The astonishing wave rising against the Soviet occupation of Eastern Europe between 1978 and 1989 pushed aside all allegiances and standard explanations (much like the Arab Spring of now). Even old Lefties like the late, great Leonard Bernstein were delirious when the Berlin Wall came down....

SPOKANE-- Two women and a baby were able to escape a house fire thanks to some attentive neighbors Sunday morning.
Emergency crews were called to the 1300 block of Carlisle around 9:30 a.m.
Jeremy Driskell, 18, lives next door and heard a loud noise that sounded like an earthquake come from the home. He went over to check on the residents and saw that there was a fire. He says he tried to get in the house from the front door, but it was locked.
"It was an instinct to get there as fast as I could," Driskell said.
Driskell then tore off his coat, went to a window on the side of the home and broke the glass. He was able to pull a grandmother out through the window and take her to the front yard. Driskell suffered cuts on his hand.

The opposite of cruelty is not simply kindness or the end of the cruel relationship. The opposite of cruelty is hospitality.
This is the conclusion reached by the philosopher Philip Hallie (1922-1994) after he studied what the villagers of Le Chambon-sur-Lignon had done during the Second World War. Le Chambon was located in a part of France under the close eyes of the Nazis. All the Jews found in the area would be deported to the extermination camps in the East.
The residents decided as a village to provide food and shelter and comfort to any Jews knocking on their doors. Risking their lives, they saved more than 6000 Jews.
But their enduring hospitality did more than save lives. For example, writes Hallie, “the morning after a new refugee family came to town they would find on their front door a wreath with ‘Bienvenue!’ ‘Welcome!’ painted on a piece of cardboard attached to the wreath. Nobody knew who had brought the wreath; in effect, the whole town had brought it.”
“The people of Le Chambon,” wrote a woman years later who had been saved as a young girl, “showed to us that life can be different, that there are people who care, that people can live together and even risk their own lives for their fellow man.” The people of Le Chambon gave their guests hope for the future.

(FOX 25/MyFoxBoston.com) — A Suffolk University law professor will not collect items for United States troops overseas and thinks it is “shameful” to do so.
Law professor Michael Avery sent a five-paragraph e-mail to colleagues in response to a school-wide appeal for care packages for deployed soldiers.
“I think it is shameful that it is perceived as legitimate to solicit in an academic institution for support for men and women who have gone overseas to kill other human beings” wrote Avery.
Avery also wrote that he believes sympathy for troops in harms way is “not particularly rational in today’s world.”
The e-mail did not stop with Avery’s objection to the care packages. Avery went on to question the schools intent of the American flag hanging in the atrium:
“Since Sept. 11 we have had perhaps the largest flag in New England hanging in our atrium. This is not a politically neutral act.[My response: So killing innocent men, women and children is 'politically neutral'? And this is what we pay big bucks for in our national universities? This is shameful.]

This is crazy. Even though I myself am an avid fan of television’s NCIS, and most of the World War Two movies (Flags of Our Fathers, Letters from Iwo Jima, Saving Private Ryan, etc.), I am far more interested in the stories of real life soldiers and spies. I want to know what they think, what they do, how they learn their craft. Recently, an incredibly dignified hero came my way.
First, a letter arrived in the old-fashioned manner. The author cordially addressed me as a “colleague in the field of terrorism.” He asked whether I might like to read his unpublished manuscript about Islam and terrorism.
I was about to say no when, on a hunch, I agreed to look at his work.
A package soon arrived which weighed at least five pounds. I opened it and almost immediately began to read his book, which is tentatively titled: The DNA of Terrorism. The work, which focuses on Islamic fundamentalism, is very, very good. Now, I was curious about the author. I wanted to know how he came by this extraordinary knowledge.
Before I could even reach for the phone, he called and suggested we meet. He said:
I must tell you that both I and my wife still adhere to a 1930s dress code.
I plowed through my closet wondering what in God’s name to wear. Gloves? A hat? Nylon stockings? I ended up wearing what I usually do.

The interesting thing about war, it affects everyone. No border can keep it out. Those that feel smug and think they are removed from war often get a rude awakening when it comes pounding on their door. Peace would be beautiful. However, as long as there are those that feel might and power give them the right to trample others, war will exist. I am thankful to those in every country that have served to protect liberty and lives of others. PTSD is sometimes called 'the soldier's illness.' In bad times, anti-Semitism seems to crawl out of the sewers like a repugnant odor. It is not subject to a rational response. It is pure emotion and a very nasty one at that. Lately we got a whiff of it at some of the Occupy protests.
On November 3rd, the Anti-Defamation League released a nationwide study that found that “anti-Semitic attitudes have risen slightly in America, demonstrating once again that ‘anti-Semitic beliefs continue to hold a vice-grip’ on a small but not insubstantial segment of America.” ...
[My whole life has been fighting the terrible ignorance abounding in human beings unwilling to deal with the evil in their own hearts. Scapegoatism is a mild term for moral cowardice, hatred and evil. If one gives up God who is truth, love and mercy and refuses to humble oneself before Him as a 'sinner' then it is no wonder there is the wild dash to find someone else to blame it on, especially in a world where greed, gross sexual sins and egoistic 'prestige' rule as 'gods'.

According to the Grand Jury report about the abuse of young boys by Jerry Sandusky, he was caught in the act at least twice by grown men. These men backed out of the room and did nothing to save the boy being raped. What kind of world do we live in that a man would turn his back on a criminal act being perpetrated on anyone - let alone a child? ...

The information below given by a former Cuban prisoner of conscience has changed very little over the last 52 years. However, the left wing liberal media and academia - which after years of infiltration has control of the release of information to the U.S. people - have blocked it's mainstream release. The Americans have been effectively brainwashed after decades of omission and misinformation into believing that communism is good because it takes care of everyone equally with no bad side effects. It takes care of no one except the elite and has many bad side effects, some so bad they are difficult to comprehend.
